Age level is based on the age of the child as of December 31. Family Multi Player Discount! If you have 3 or increasingly children to register online, your unbelieve will be unromantic automatically when registering. Existing/Current GPMHAI Members: There will be a $5.00 wardship fee, per family, for all existing GPMHAI Members that DO NOT register online that require transmission registration without the 2x walk in transmission registrations. Late Fees! Player registrations must be submitted on or surpassing July 31. A $50.00 late fee (PER FAMILY) will wield to all registrations received without July 31. This Fee does not wield to someone moving into the zone without July 31. Your registration is not considered well-constructed until payment has been received in full! Note: Late fees are non-refundable. Payment Options: Cheque, cash, money order and credit vellum payments will be accepted. Registration can be paid by post-dated cheques dated for the 15th and 30th for the months of June, July, and August and only for the 15th of September.  All registration fees must be paid in full by September 15.  Players successful in playing on a Rep Team must pay the Rep Fee by October 15.  No player will be unliable to participate in any on-ice activities until well-constructed registration fee has been paid in full by September 15. If financial arrangements are required, contact the Registrar at:  registrar@petawawaminorhockey.ca  IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL IP, NOVICE AND PLAYER’S NEW TO HOCKEY Hockey Eastern Ontario and Ottawa District Minor HockeyUndertonehave implemented a Parental Respect In Sport program for new members to hockey and any player transfer from flipside undertone that has not completed the Parental Respect In Sport program. TheUndertonedoes not imbricate the forfeit this program. Note: Respect In Sport Bench Staff program is a separate program/qualification. New members to Greater Petawawa Minor Hockey cannot register on-line. Please follow the instructions unelevated or contact the Registrar at registrar@petawawaminorhockey.ca  A new member that has never registered in a Minor Hockey undertone - please provide a reprinting of the players lineage document and 2 variegated types of proof of residency with the registration form and payment. A player moving in from flipsideUndertoneoutside the ODMHA - please provide a letter stating you are a member in good standing from your oldUndertoneand 2 variegated types of proof of residency with the registration form and payment. A player moving in from flipsideUndertonewithin the ODMHA - please provide a completed Inter-District Residency, a Member of Good Standing from your old Association with 2 types of proof of residency, the registration form and payment. All paperwork and payment can be dropped off at the Hockey Office located inside the Petawawa Civic Centre or mailed to GPMHA, PO Box 105, Petawawa ON K8H 2X1, Attn: Registrar. Competitive Rep B: If your child is trying out for a GPMAHI Competitive team, there will be $50.00 non-refundable evaluation fee (two ice times guaranteed) that will be placid the first night of evaluations. If your child is selected for a competitive team, there will be an spare Rep Team fee. Aces or Titans: If your child is trying out for Aces or Titans, you must indicate it on your registration form and cannot pay by credit card. Select cheque payment and send a post dated cheque with a reprinting of the registration. Your cheque will be held until teams for the Aces and Titans have been finalized. If you pay by credit vellum and your child is selected for Aces or Titans, there will be a $50.00 processing tuition for the credit vellum refund. Your registration is not considered well-constructed until your post-dated cheque is received!    Refund Policy: For a refund contact the registrar at: registrar@petawawaminorhockey.ca. If a player leaves the Association for any reason, written notification must be provided to the Registrar. Registered players transferring out to play in flipsideUndertonewill receive refunds, as noted below. The GPMHA does not transfer fee payments to other organizations. All registration reimbursements (refunds) will be less the mandatory player fee paid to the HEO MINOR.
